The grapes used in this unique wine are Madeline Angevine, originally a french grape from the Loire it is most similar to an Alsatian Pinot Gris - delecate and floral
Fresh elderflower and meadow aromas are abundant on the nose with hints of peach and apple fruit. The palate is off dry with gorgeous ripe stone fruit flavours and a pleasing, gentle well-balanced acidity. The finish is clean, long and incredibly more-ish.
