A1.) Your order will be rolled over and delivered the next day between Monday to Friday. Orders received past 12pm on Saturday are rolled to Monday.
Q2.) How long will delivery take when I order?:
A2.) All orders before midday 12p.m , should reach the customer within a minimum of 2 and a half hours from the point of ordering and not in Sundays and public holidays. this is applicable only for Nairobi Orders
Q3.) Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
A3.) Yes we do , but we use third-party delivery agents to ensure your package arrives safely , charges will apply.Allow 2-3 days delivery outside of Nairobi (not counting Sundays and public holidays)

A4.) Click at the Event tab located at the top main menu of our website
Q5.) How to Redeeming loyalty points.
i) Redemption has to be kept separate from regular cash orders. You can’t combine.
ii) Log into your account and see how many points you have, go to shop page and click on the bottle of the product you like
iii) underneath the "add to cart button", you will see a tag saying " buy for (so many) Solovino points"
iv) Click on it once and wait for the email confirmation.
V) This process can be repeated for as long as you have many points
Q6.) My buy button doesn't work after I select (Solovino loyalty points) A6.) Ensure to include a zip code to your address details. if you don’t know your zip code just put nominal code (00100), - That should fix the problem.
