This Tannat is grown in some of the highest altitude wineries in Argentina, above the Cafayette valley in Salta and at 1700metres. The altitude and climate create a full ripening and rich grape varietal that doesnt disappoint. Intense ruby, almost purple in colour with red berrys on the nose, wild spice and hints of figs and complex leather. The palate is full and juicy, finishing with smooth tannins and integrated smoke and chocolate notes. Perfect match to meat dishes and bbq
