This mezcal is produced by a 100% Oaxacan-owned company that emphasizes sustainability and fair trade practices. The agave is cooked in a traditional underground stone oven, milled using a horse-drawn tahona, naturally fermented with spring water, and double distilled in a copper alembic still. The mezcal is bottled at 38% ABV, making it lighter than other Convite offerings.
