A range of Italian Prosecco from the foothills of Veneto, all are slightly different with Aperietta Brut being the dryest and most crisp - perfect for the coast, celebrations and as a mixer for gin coctails/hugo cocktail / bucks fizz. Versettto extra dry is crisp and slightly fruitier than Aperietta - for those whom prefer a little more flavour. Montresor is for the those whom are champagne drinkers - this prosecco rested on its lees after fermentation, giving it slightly creamier character than the others
