On a remote stretch of the cape West Coast lies fryers cove. It once seemed an improbable dream to make wine in this region but for perseverance and irrigation it came to be. One of the closest if not the closest winery to the Sea in South Africa. blankets of sea mist  leaves a unique minerality on the grapes, cellared in an old crayfish factory, everything about this wine is unique.

The taste is mouthwateringly fresh with lemon, nectarine and peach flavours. Accompanies seafood dishes very well
