The majority of the grapes are sourced from Paarl. 50% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in 300 and 600litre Oak barrels to produce aromas of summer pudding, ripe black cherry and vanilla. On the palate more deep dark fruit, touch of spice and mild tannins to give a long finish
