A fresh and fruity Prosecco with aromas of citrus and orchard fruit. The palate has ripe grapey characters, zesty acidity and a clean refreshing finish. Great as an aperitif but also works well with risottos, pasta dishes, fish and white meats .Alternatively, mix with some elderflower cordial, soda water, fresh mint leaf and there you have a classic Hugo cocktail

Prosecco should be stored upright in a cool, dark are between 10-15 degrees C with minimal handling and then served chilled between 6-8 degrees C. Bottles which are handled/stored any differently or at temperatures over 15 degrees will be affected over time  - please see T&C of sale in homepage.
