Some 300 years ago the brave Nepalese soldiers (Gurkhas) fought feverishly for their British Queen. TO keep them entertained the soldiers would often be supplied with tobacco and Rum (from which the soldiers made their own cigars). The soldiers named these cigars, Gurkhas. Consider this a smoke steeped in tradition and valour. The 7 year aged Abuelo rum blends perfectly with the dark, rich maduro wrapper to create unique flavour undertones of leather and earth.
